The wines produced at Domaine de Cardon are certified High Environmental Value (HVE). But what does that really mean?
HVE certification is a voluntary initiative for winegrowers that promotes environmentally friendly farming practices. It represents the third and highest level of environmental certification within agricultural operations. Its objective is to drastically reduce the environmental pressure caused by farming practices.
The HVE certification guarantees that the products offered by our estate contain at least 95% raw materials sourced from environmentally responsible farming.
