Grape variety: Pinot Noir
Our parcel is located near the commune of Aluze and named "Les Gardes" with an eastern exposure and an altitude of 320 metres.
After mechanical harvesting, the vatting process lasts about ten days in order to extract the best tannins, aromas and colour. Then it is followed by a pneumatic pressing.
Entirely in oak barrels for a minimum of eight months
This Burgundy will be perfect with terrines, meat pies, grilled poultry or pot au feu. It will also be a good companion for cheeses.
