Grape variety: Gamay
The plot is located in the Beaujolais region at an altitude of 500 metres (AOC Chiroubles)
After a manual harvesting and a de-stemming, the wine is left in vat for about ten days.
Entirely in vats
This red wine is very pleasant to drink after work with a platter of fine charcuterie or as a starter with small verrines. It also goes well with grilled fish.

Between 15°C and 17°C
It ages well on the red fruit with notes of cherry stem becoming close to pinot noir!
