Its colour is ruby red. Floral aromas of violet, iris, lily of the valley and peony dominate. Its taste qualities, borrowed from red fruits, express the gamay remarkably well.

Our advice

It ages well on the red fruit with notes of cherry stem becoming close to pinot noir!
