Our plots are located in Aluze, a small village next to Mercurey
After a mechanical harvesting and a de-stemming, the vatting process lasts about ten days in order to extract the best tannins, aromas and colour. This is followed by a pneumatic pressing.
Exclusively in vats for several months
This light and easy-drinking red Burgundy will be ideal for your summer meals like a salad, a terrine or a grilled meat. It will also go well with cheese and charcuterie or a chocolate dessert.
